Community and History
Northern Building Restoration was established in 1984 in Aston, PA by James J. Guinan III. In 1994, Mike Reynolds, a college student, joined the company and started working for Northern Restoration. For a decade, Guinan and Reynolds worked together, building the business and expanding its operations. In 2004, they took a significant step by opening a branch in Ocean City, MD, with Reynolds taking on the role of sole leader. The Ocean City branch thrived under Reynolds' guidance. However, in 2020, Guinan decided to retire and pass on the legacy. As part of his retirement plan, Guinan sold the Ocean City branch to Reynolds, ensuring its continued success under his capable leadership.

They have been instrumental in supporting the Believe in Tomorrow Children's Foundation, contributing both financially and with their time.
